Have you ever had the feeling that you were being stared at?  I had that feeling this morning at 4:00 am!  My cats were sitting on my bedside table staring intently at me willing me to get up.  When I moved and looked over, the walking on and about my head started.  Now, these cats are free-fed, there is always dry food out for them. However, when I get up in the mornings, I give them some canned food to get more moisture in their systems.  Well, this usually started at 8:00 am, and they have been waking me up earlier and earlier, usually by walking on my head.  Now we are at 4:00 am!

The picture above is a true picture of our sleeping arrangements.  My husband and I trying to keep from falling off the bed at night.  We also have trouble rolling over as one or more cat will be between our legs. It's so funny.

I'm still recovering from my trip to Texas.  All of the traveling and the fact that I'm going constantly takes a toll on my Fibromyalgia.  It usually take me 2 weeks to get back to normal after a trip.  

Life is good here.  Brian just received a 5% raise yesterday, which is good! Usually the company only gives a 2 or 3 percent raise.  Brian will be off all next week.  He wants to just relax.  Work has been very hectic for him.  I don't know how much rest he will get with the cats and the bird and their craziness.

Well, I woke up at 2 am and laid in bed until 5:50 am.  It's almost 8 am and I'm tired already.  I had to go to bed early last night as I was in a lot of pain.  The meds I took made me extremely sleepy, so I was asleep by 9 pm.

My bird was squawking, letting me know she wanted to come into the room with me, so I rolled her in this morning.  She still is very noisy as she was yesterday.  My husband was dreaming of a screaming bird in his dreams the night before.

I'm excited about the full moon and eclipse and will plan later on what to do tonight.  Just like Morning Rain, my drum is calling to me.

The new meds the doctor gave me is not helping with the pain very much.  It is the new drug for Fibromyalgia, Lyrica.  I'll give it one more month to see if it will work before I go off of it. 

I want to talk to my doc about using herbs primarily for my fibro, but I'm not sure if I will be able to control the manic depression with herbs.  My physician is also a witch, which make it very nice when I talk about the magick and herbs I would like to do use instead of regular meds.

I ordered a book by Susan Weed which has some information about herbs for menopause as well as Fibromyalgia.

My husband and I were driving late at night coming back from a restuarant.  Suddenly, a HUGE white bird swooped down in front of us coming at the car.  My husband looked at me and asked me what it meant. Now Brian is a skeptic, but he does concede that he doesn't understand everything.  I'm not really sure what it means, but we did stop and buy a lottery ticket, just in case!  LOL!  I have been researching white owls as omens and some say that it is a good omen, some say it is a bad omen.  To me it meant change of some kind, but a good change.

But, you know, we were in a small car, maybe it thought we were prey!

Well I can't go to sleep and have been up all night!  I did try.  I did get in bed and close my eyes, but could not go to sleep.  And I'm so sleepy! Don't know what is going on there.  The cats are all confused and have adjusted their schedule accordingly.  

So here I am watching TV shows that I'm normally not up for.  I'm a night person and usually sleep late in the morning.  Well at least I got to see the porcupines on Good Morning America.  Did you know that they don't throw their quills. For some reason I always thought that they did.

Did I tell you how wonderful my husband is?  He is so patient and kind.  He puts up with all my quirks and is so supportive of my witchcraft.  He's not a witch, and he's not really committed to any one religion.  But he says that I give him hope as far as an afterlife is concerned.

I am thankful for all my friends here.  Ya'll brighten my day. 

Maybe I can get some sleep later on, I can only hope. Yawn!!
